1. EAT A SWEET DISH:-
After we have food we feel like to eat any sweet but we think eating sweets
daily increases fats % in our body, So many ignore sweets as they like to
eat. Only normal people do like this but genius never compromises, He eats
sweet after every meal even though he knows that sweet increases fats %. Yes
from past many years generally people after eating a meal will have Jaggery,
this Jaggery not only satisfies our sweet taste it also helps in digestion
in our body, Because of this Jaggery liver detoxify and gives glowing skin
